Foxes Championship

This year the Championship was won by Michael Askew with 39 points. Second was John McCormack with 38 points and Andy Macphee was third on 37 points. The trophy was presented to Mike by Club Captain Gill Smith. This was a fitting end to Mike’s golfing at Grim’s Dyke as he moves on to Aylesbury Vale Golf Club after 12 years at Grim’s Dyke.

All eligible players were presented with a Foxes ‘Treble’ Winner medal by the Foxes Captain, Ric Harvey, to recognise outstanding achievement this year: The team won the Middlesex Foxes Championship, The Abrey Cup and the Foxes League in 2023.

The Foxes run an Order of Merit table and this year the ‘Player of the Year’ was awarded to Ian Drew.
